Main Hatch Progress

Ron sent me a few pictures. Here it looks like he is planing the new hatch to match the dimensions of the old.

Ron is getting ready to cut the Lexan and allowing for expansion.   I have butyl tape to seal it, and I am in favor of varnishing it before installing the Lexan. I have a tarp over the hatch.

New Storage Area

I put some walls around the platform to hide some of my materials from plain sight.  It gets these things out of the way and out of sight.

Yesterday Splinter

I picked up a few nasty sinters yesterday while building my saw horses.

It looks infected. I will need to treat this.

Priming Boards

I started priming boards today.

I used epoxy primer and pjs to use epoxy paint, because I want go prevent any possibility of rot in the future. This will seal the edges well and bond the paint very well.

Settee Tops:

I will need to sand these and boat the other side tomorrow.

102.1 gallons less  baffles

Upper Tank Mount Photos.

The end result of my fabrication effort. I am quite pleased with it.  I have my tan measurements and it calculates out to 102 gallons. I should subtract a little for baffles. Call it 100 gallons but it will probably take a bit more.
